What are ceramic beads?

Ceramic beads are also known as fish spine beads.
The interlocking beads are a versatile component for high temperature, continuous electrical insulation.

Why use ceramic beads?

Abrasion resistant ceramic beads are used when you want to protect wires from heat but still want the flexibility to shape the position of the wire.
