RS PRO Cat6 Cable

From the trusted brand RS PRO, comes a range of high-quality unterminated Cat6 cables. These enhanced and high-performance, Cat6 cables are a fantastic solution for carrying signals in structured computer networking systems for both business and home network installations. These Cat 6 cables are backwards compatible with Cat3, and Cat5/ Cat5e.

Features and benefits:

  • Available in either grey or purple.

  • 305m length

  • Meets ANSI/TIA 568-C.2, EN 50173, EN 50288-3-1, IEC 61156-5, ISO/IEC 11801 2nd Edition, RoHS Compliant standards

  • Available with either LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer sheath. LSZH is suitable for areas with poor ventilation. PVC is stable, robust and very durable.

  • Reduced crosstalk and noise levels

RS PRO Cat6 F/UTP Solid Cable

Category 6 or Cat 6 cable for short is the 6th generation of twisted pair Ethernet cabling that is widely used in both business and home network installations. It is commonly known as network cable, LAN or Ethernet cable. It consists of 4 twisted pairs of sheathed copper wire cable, able to support a high data transfer.These RS PRO Cat 6 are foil twisted pairs (F/UTP), networking cables, which mean the copper wires are twisted together and covered overall with a foil shield which helps to reduce crosstalk, as well as any electromagnetic interference.
