The ADuM240x and ADuM241x series from Analog Devices is a range of quad channel digital isolators incorporating Analog Devices’ iCoupler® technology. Superior performance over optocouplers and other integrated coupler devices is offered through the combination of high speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology in these isolation components.
