ON Semiconductor NPN epitaxial silicon transistor features built in bias resistors. It is a great space saving device as reduces component count and simplifies circuit design. Features a 100Ma output current capability.

A single series input resistor, or a potential divider of two resistors, allows these devices to be directly driven from digital sources. Both single and dual transistor versions are available.
