74AHC Family, Diodes Inc

The 74AHC are an advanced high-speed series of CMOS devices from Diodes Inc. Suitable for general purpose, the logic ICs are compatible with a wide variety of applications. The Diodes Inc logic range also boasts mixed voltage environment capabilities and low power consumption. Various types available within the 74AHC range such as buffers, counters & shift registers, decoders & demultiplexers, standard logic gates and hex inverters.

Outputs Sink or Source 8mA at VCC: 4.5V
