Optek OP230/1/2/3 Series IREDs

The OP230, OP231, OP232 and OP233 series, from Optek Technology, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in a TO-46 hermetically sealed package which enables high power dissipation. The TO-46 package also enables operation in hostile environments. These high intensity GaAs IR emitting diodes offer a narrow beam angle. This makes the OP230/1/2/3 series ideal for beam interruption applications.
