S12ZV Series Automotive Microcontrollers

The S12ZV family of 16-bit microcontrollers is aimed at the automotive market with automotive temperature range and CAN bus connectivity. The S12ZVH series device is specifically designed for controlling instrument clusters with stepper motor gauges and segment LCD displays. The S12ZVFP series is designed for systems requiring segment LCD displays and LIN bus communication.

32MHz HCS12Z CPU core with up to 128KB ECC Flash memory, up to 4KB ECC EEPROM, up to 8KB ECC RAM
On-chip automotive power supply regulator accepts +5V to +18Vdc input
Qualified to AEC-Q100
