Microchip Technology Microcontroller

The Microchip technology SAMD5 family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 64-pin ARMCortex-M4 based 32-bit microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 3.63V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 120MHz and features 512kb ISP flash program memory and 192kb of internal SRAM with ECC. This offers excellent features with class-leading power performance ideal for multiple market segments.
