QSB363 Series IR Phototransistor
The QSB363 series, from Fairchild Semiconductor, are a family of silicon IR phototransistors. They are in surface mount (SMD) subminiature packages with a T-3/4 (2mm) domed lens. The QSB363 IR phototransistors have a range of different lead types including gull-wing, yoke and z-bend.
