RS PRO 500 ml Tin Precision Cleaner & Degreaser for PCBs
This isopropyl alcohol cleaner from RS PRO is ideal for cleaning up a printed circuit board (PCB) or other electronic equipment. Also known as rubbing alcohol, this cleaning product removes dirt and grease without leaving any residue for a smooth surface. It's useful for removing flux residues from PCBs without damaging components thanks to its non-aggressive formulation.
The solvent is safe to use on most plastics and offers an alternative to environmentally damaging CFC-based (chlorofluorocarbon-based) solvents. It conforms to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive, meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of any hazardous substance. It also meets US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and European (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic control standards, meaning it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. This product is suitable for cleaning all kinds of electronic equipment and sensitive instrumentation.
