Pico 1.5GHz Low Impedance Passive Probe TA062, 10:1 with BNC

Pico TA062 is a low-impedance, low-capacitance probe designed for use with oscilloscopes that have 50Ω input impedance and a BNC input connector. Applications include digital communications and RF design.
