ADuCM36x Data Acquisition System SoC

The ADuCM360 is a 3.9kSPS, 24-bit data acquisition system that incorporates dual multichannel sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs), an ARM Cortex-M3 core processor and memory on a single chip. The ADuCM361 has a single ADC.

2 x 24-bit multichannel Σ-Δ ADCs, ADC0 and ADC1 (ADuCM360) with programmable output rate (3.5Hz to 3.906kHz)
1 x 24-bit multichannel Σ-Δ ADC, ADC1 (ADuCM361)
Flexible analogue multiplexer for input channel selection to both ADCs
6 x Differential or 11 x Single-ended input channels
4 x internal channels for monitoring DAC output, temperature sensor, IOVDD/4, and AVDD/4 (ADC1 only)
Sinc3/Sinc4 digital filters for precision measurements, Sinc2 for fast measurements/detection of step changes
Simultaneous 50/60Hz interference rejection
Programmable sensor excitation current sources
Precision voltage reference
Single 12-bit voltage output DAC
NPN mode for 4-20mA current loop applications
16MHz Cortex-M3 32-bit processor with 128KB Flash/EE memory, 8KB SRAM
