EFR32MG1 Mighty Gecko 2.4GHz/868MHz Dual-Band Radio Board

The Silicon Labs EFR32 Mighty Gecko SLWRB4150A Radio Board supports dual-band operation thanks to the integrated sub-1GHz and 2.4GHz ISM band transceivers. It is designed to be used with a BRD4001A Mainboard that comes with the SLWSTK6000A Wireless Starter Kit, RS Part No. 915-6604. The starter kit is required to gain access to the ZigBee® and Thread software stacks.

• EFR32MG1 Cortex-M4F core SoC with 256KB Flash memory, 32KB RAM (EFR32MG1P233F256GM48)
• RF Operating Frequency: 2400-2483.5MHz and 863-870MHz ISM bands
• RF Output Power: up to +13dBm
• Receiver Sensitivity: -101dBm @ 250kbps, OQPSK with DSSS
• Modulation: FSK, GFSK, 4FSK, OQPSK, MSK or GMSK
• Supported Protocols: Bluetooth Smart, ZigBee, Thread
• Inverted-F PCB antenna (2.4GHz band)
• SMA antenna connector (868MHz band)
• U.FL test connector
• Ultra-low power operating modes
• Fast wake-up time with Wake-on-Radio
• Power supply: +1.85V to +3.8Vdc
• Operating temperature range: -40 to +85°C
• Dimensions: 45 x 30mm
