RF Tester and adaptor Laboratory Kit
Crysteks RF Lab Kit contains a wide selection of commonly used test aids. The Kit contains a full selection of Attenuators, DC Blocks, Passive Doublers, Amplifiers, Voltage Regulators and many reference frequency sources to include Crysteks CPROs, RFPROs and RedBox VCOs.
Attenuators and DC Blocks
The RFLABKIT-001 contains 13 attenuators from the CATTEN series. These attenuators are constructed with a rugged SMA housing that allows for easy connection. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, these attenuators offer impedances of 50 Ω. Tolerance matching enables temperature tracking to individual components. CATTEN-01R0, CATTEN-01R5, CATTEN-02R0, CATTEN-03R0, CATTEN-04R0, CATTEN-05R0, CATTEN-06R0, CATTEN-07R0, CATTEN-08R0, CATTEN-09R0, CATTEN-0100 have a 1 W maximum power rating. CATTEN-0150 and CATTEN-0200 have a 0.5 W maximum power rating.
The CBLK-300-3 coaxial DC block from Crystek has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +90°. This DC block is an SMA module with male and female connectors and features a flat frequency response and low insertion loss. With a frequency range of 300 kHz to 3 GHz, the CBLK-300-3 DC block provides excellent return loss through 3 GHz. Suitable applications for the CBLK-300-3 include test and measurement, broadband coupling and dc blocking.
The CBLK-300-3 coaxial DC block from Crystek has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +90°. This DC block is an SMA module with male and female connectors and features a flat frequency response and low insertion loss. With a frequency range of 300 kHz to 3 GHz, the CBLK-300-3 DC block provides excellent return loss through 3 GHz. Power Detector
The CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector has a frequency range of 10 MHz to 4 GHz and features a large signal power detector, greater than -10 dBm. With +30 dBm max input signal, these RF power detectors also have 100 pF video capacitance. Constructed with a rugged SMA housing, the CPDETLS-4000 also features a zero bias Schottky diode.
PPRO, CPRO and RFPRO Series Pocket Reference Oscillators
The PPRO30-10.000 precision oscillator is constructed from a clipped sine wave TCXO that has been integrated into SMA housing. The male SMA side produces high stability, low noise, signal output when +3 V dc is connected to the female SMA side. This TCXO has a load of 10 kΩ or 10 pF typically. This oscillator has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.It provides frequency stability of ±2.5 ppm maximum at temperatures of -20°C to +75°C.
Four CPRO series oscillators are included in the RFLABKIT-001. The design incorporates an HCMOS crystal clock oscillator in SMA housing. These HCMOS oscillators offer frequency stability of ±25 ppm maximum when operated between 0°C and +70°C. A low jitter, clean signal is produced by the male SMA side when +3.3 V dc is connected to the female SMA side. Each pocket reference oscillator acts as a fixed frequency portable crystal generator and is perfect for laboratory applications.
The CPRO33-10.000 offers a 10 MHz output frequency and a rise/fall time of 5 ns maximum at 20% to 80% Vdd.
The CPRO33-20.000 oscillator features a 20 MHz output frequency and a rise/fall time of 4 nsec maximum at 20% to 80% Vdd.
CPRO33-50.000 provides a 50 MHz output frequency and a rise/fall time of 3 nsec maximum at 20% to 80% Vdd.
CPRO33-100.000 offers a 100 MHz output frequency and a rise/fall time of 2 nsec maximum at 20% to 80% Vdd.
Crysteks RFPRO oscillators feature rugged SMA housing with an integrated sine wave SAW oscillator. RFPRO oscillators create an output of 135dBc/HZ phase noise signal at 10Khz offset when +3.3 V dc is connected to the female SMA. With an operating temperature of -20°C to +70°C, these pocket reference oscillators act as a portable signal generate with a fixed frequency. Two RFPRO oscillators are included in the kit, one with a 500 MHz frequency output and the other with a 1 GHz frequency output. These pocket reference oscillators are ideal for laboratory applications.

CRBAMP RedBox Amplifier
The CRBAMP-100-6000 from Crystek covers a frequency range of 100 MHz to 6 GHz and operates from a +5 V supply while only consuming 60 mA. This RedBox general purpose amplifier features a custom aluminium housing and 3 SMA connectors that cater for the input, output and power supply input. Suitable applications for this amplifier include base stations, IF and RF buffer amplifiers, laboratory use for in-house testing and applications that require high reliability.

This kit contains one +1.8/+2.5 V DC regulator and one +3.3 / +5.0 V dc regulator. These regulators are ideal for application in laboratories that require a dual DC output power supply.
