Thanks to its polyvinylidene fluoride construction, it's resistant to chemicals, heat and abrasion, making it suitable for use in heavy-duty applications. It's compatible with fluids that have a minimum specific gravity of 0.85, so you can use it with water as well as common oils and acids. This float switch is commonly used in vending, printing and chemical dosing applications.

What's the configuration of this float switch?
This float switch has a normally open configuration. However, it's simple to change the configuration to normally closed by removing the float from the stem and rotating it 180°, making it a versatile choice.
