A hardwearing 150 piece grease nipple kit for use with mechanical systems in food production and technology enabling the precision dispensing of lubrication to industrial equipment and components extending mechanical life and maintaining high performance levels.

Constructed from Zinc Passivated Steel for a durable high quality grease fitting with excellent corrosion resistance.

Supplied in the kit is 50 straight H1 compatible food safe grease fittings designed to meet the requirements of H1 food-grade lubricants and suitable for use in working environments where there is likely or potential contact with food or foodstuff.

Next is 50 x 45° H2 compatible food safe grease fittings designed to meet the requirements of H2 food-grade lubricants suitable for use where there is a lower risk of contact with food and foodstuff.

Finally, there are 50 x 90° H3 compatible grease fittings for use with H3 soluble based lubricants suitable for use in the food industry in machinery lubrication where there is no risk of contact or exposure to food.
