RS PRO Heat Sealer, 320 mm Type G – British BS 1363
This heat sealer from RS PRO lets you create a water-tight and air-tight seal to protect the contents of a package.
Designed to work with most thermoplastics, this versatile heat sealer lets you choose the best material for the job at hand. As an impulse heater, it only heats up when in use, so it's safer and more energy-efficient than a non-impulse alternative. You can adjust the sealing time depending on the material in use. It provides a seal of 2.5 mm in width and 320 mm in length with a maximum total thickness of 10 to 200 μm. Its light turns from red to green to indicate when the sealing process is complete, and it has a cutter so you can cut off any excess material.
Thanks to its ability to create a secure seal in a matter of seconds, this heat sealer is useful for fast-paced catering and packaging applications.
