RS PRO 6082-T6 Aluminum Round Bar, 40 mm x 1 m


If you need a weight-bearing round metal rod, which is also lightweight, turn to this aluminium rod from the RS PRO range. It's commonly used in the construction and manufacturing industries and can resist exposure to air, water and heat, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor applications.

With a tensile strength of 310 Min MPA, this rod can withstand significant stress before it warps, breaks or stretches. Made from the strongest of the 6000 aluminium alloy series – 6082-T6 – it can be used in a variety of settings. Shape the bar to suit your requirements by heat-treating the rods.
