The Microchip technology AT90 family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 64-pin AVR RISC-based 8-bit has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. This microcontroller has 128kb flash memory, 53 general-purpose I/O lines, real-time counter, compare modes and PWM and more. It has a byte-oriented two-wire serial interface for communication, an 8-channel/10-bit A/D converter with optional differential input stage with programmable gain, programmable watchdog timer with an internal oscillator.
