CNY17/4N25/4N35 Series Optocouplers

A range of single channel optocouplers from Lite-On with photo-transistor outputs. These 6-pin devices allow access to the photo-transistor base and are available with a range of minimum current transfer ratios from 20% up to 160%. The range includes both through-hole and surface-mounting package options.
