Festo 3/2 Bistable Pneumatic Manual Control Valve - HE Series - HE-D-MINI
Use this on/off valve from Festo to control the flow of compressed air in harsh industrial applications. It's compatible with air-preparation units from Festo's D series. This is a manually operated valve and it allows for quick operator response times in the event of a technical failure or an emergency. The unit is clearly marked so you can see whether it's open or closed at a glance. The valve's die-cast aluminium housing makes it tough and durable, while still being lightweight.
• 2/3 bistable function with piston-slide design structure
• Maximum operating pressure of 16 bar
• Connection port thread size of G 1/8
• Inline installation mounting type with accessories
• Non-reversible flow direction
• Soft-sealing to prevent leaks
• Non-throttleable exhaust air function
• Operating temperature range of -10°C to +60°C
Range Information
• Control valves from Festo's HE range include a locking hole for the optional securing of the switch with any commercially available padlock
• This series also includes electric valves with a manual override
• Valves are supplied in Mini, Midi and Maxi sizes to suit the different air pressure service units in Festo's D series
The Festo on-off valve used for service unit with threaded connecting plate with FRB threaded pin which has pneumatic actuator and piston slide of structure. It gives gradual pressure build-up and valve function is equivalent to a 2/2-way directional control valve. It used operating pressure up to 3 -16 bar.
Ambient temperature is -10°C to 60 °C
