Signal adapter for M12 sensors
Signal adapter, the smart enhancement for your
sensors
Various additional functions can be realised effortlessly with the signal adapters.
Output signals or counting and timer functions can be changed without additional installations.
The signal adapter is plugged in easily between the standardised M12 ports of the sensor and connection lead.
It can be configured easily via control wire using teach-in.
The signal adapters can also be used as switching amplifiers and can be combined.

The following types are available:
Counter: configurable counting pulse e.g. every 5th sensor pulse triggers a pulse in the signal adapter
Timer: configurable on- or off-delay
Frequency monitor: any instance of frequency being exceeded is signalled
Inverter: a PNP is inverted into an NPN signal or an NPN is inverted into a PNP signal
