TC1046/47 Temperature-to-Voltage Converters

The TC1046/47 series of temperature-to-voltage converters measure temperatures between -40° to +125°C, with the output voltage being directly proportional to that of the temperature being measured.
Applications include mobile phones, temperature regulators, temperature controlled fans and temperature measurement.
