Fluke Acoustic Imager, 63° Field of View, 1280x800 Resolution - FLUKE-II915

This acoustic imager converts ultrasonic and audible sound into a Visual overlay to locate leaks, partial discharge and mechanical anomalies in industrial settings. It employs an acoustic array to generate a SoundMap™ blended with a Visual image on a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, enabling users in automation, electrical and mechanical disciplines to pinpoint issues during normal operation and plan targeted interventions.

Features & Benefits

• 1280x800 display for clear blended Visual and SoundMap imaging
• 2–100kHz frequency range for extended partial-discharge detection
• Detection range up to 120m to survey large areas without contact
• Rechargeable, field-replaceable Li-ion battery with 6 h runtime
• 63° field of view for wide-area acoustic coverage
• IP40 ingress protection suitable for controlled industrial spaces

**Applications**

• Suitable for locating compressed Air and gas leaks in plant systems
• Ideal for electrical inspections to detect partial discharge on HV assets
• Used for conveyor and mechanical scanning to find early-stage faults
• Can be used during Peak operations to quantify leak size and cost
• Suitable for documenting defects with annotated images for reports

How are images and data exported for reporting?

Files are saved as blended image formats and video and can be transferred via USB-C to desktop tools for annotation and reporting.

What onboard modes assist different inspection types?

The device includes leak quantification, mechanical inspection and partial-discharge classification modes to support targeted workflows.

How does the instrument cope with noisy environments?

Frequency-band selection and Adaptive filtering isolate relevant ultrasonic signatures to reduce background interference.

What storage capacity is available for inspections?

Internal storage supports several thousand images and multiple videos to retain on-site evidence between downloads.
