The Mini-Fit series of fittings compliments Molex's existing line of connectors, by adding a higher power system.

Features and benefits


• UL, CSA, TUV approved - giving you the reassurance of thorough testing of the components.

• Available in single/dual row configurations depending on your needs.

• Suitable for Wire to Wire & Wire to Board configurations.

• Compact significant power into a single connector (suitable for design engineers) without the need of multiple connectors.

• If a single row is already specced, no other certification is needed for a dual row.

• All Mini-Fit Sr. features UL94V-0 zero polyester, 10mm pitch. Positive mechanical latches to stop unintentional mounting disengagement.

• Fully isolated towers to prevent shorting or arcing.

• Panel mount ears for design flexibility. Extremely durable, featuring IP68 sealing protection (check product datasheet).

• The Mini-Fit Sr. Series has TPA security (terminal position assurance) which is a secondary locking device inserted into the housing to ensure that terminals are fully inserted and locked into the receptacle.

• Polarised so insertion can only be one direction. Eliminating terminal backouts.

• Headers are made of high temp for six glass filled nylon that is surface mount compatible.

• Surface mount compatibility includes PCB retention clips accomdating PCB board sizes such as .250" .125" .0.93" .0.62".
