RS PRO Zirconium Dioxide Flap Disc, 115 mm, P120 Grit


You can shape, blend or finish your metallic surfaces effectively with this flap disc from RS PRO. It's designed to be mounted on an angle grinder or similar power tool for rapid rotation and it's suitable for high-velocity equipment, with a maximum safe speed of 12,250 rpm (revolutions per minute).

The disc is made from zirconium dioxide which has excellent strength and durability, offering reliable performance over a long period of time. It's suited to high-pressure applications and is self-sharpening, which reduces maintenance and contributes further to its lifespan. A fibreglass backplate will absorb vibrations to provide a higher level of sturdiness, and it's also extremely lightweight, making your equipment more agile and portable.

This product can be used on high-grade steel and stainless steel, as well as other demanding materials. It's regularly used in machining, welding and industrial maintenance applications.
