How does the sealing arrangement affect maintenance requirements?
The double-sealed design effectively keeps lubricants in and prevents debris from entering, significantly reducing the need for frequent maintenance and extending service intervals.
What load ratings should be considered for demanding applications?
With a static load rating of 20.3 kN and a dynamic load rating of 28 kN this bearing is suitable for applications where both radial and axial loads are significant, ensuring reliable performance under stress.
What impact does the cage material have on performance?
The use of plastic for the cage results in lower friction, which can improve the efficiency of the bearing system. This feature is particularly beneficial in high-speed applications where heat generation needs to be minimised.
