Looking for a reliable ball bearing to use in situations where the shaft and housing are tricky to align? This self-aligning ball bearing from SKF is useful for setups where the shaft may bend during operation. The unit is designed primarily to cope with radial loads, but has a small capacity for axial loads too. A fibreglass-reinforced polyamide (PA) cage separates the balls and maintains their radial spaces, while the double row of bearings gives the bearing a higher load-carrying capacity.
