Chemical and Heat-Resistant Adhesive Kits


From TE Connectivity, the S1125 high performance two-part epoxy adhesive kits offering excellent chemical and heat resistance properties. Developed for use with the system 25, 100 and 200 cable harnessing ranges. The S1125 adhesive kits are ideal for use with heat shrink tubing, moulded parts adapters and fittings. Perfect for service and repair of equipment and new installations.

Features and Benefits

• Easy to use, requires no mixing

• 1 to 2-hour pot life at room temperature

• Superior surface adhesion

• Cures at room temperature in 24 hours and in 1 hour at 85˚C

• Wide operating temperature range -55˚C to + 150˚C

• Produces minimal amount of waste

Applications


S1125 flexible two-part epoxy can be used in a wide range of industrial and high specification applications. They are particularly useful in areas where tubing and moulded parts need to have high-temperature fluid resistance and long-term heat resistance.
