Eaton Contactor, 600V Short Circuit Current Rating, 428g Weight - DILM Series - 277264 XTCE032C10T

Do you need quick-as-a-flash switching? Choose this contactor from Eaton to effectively regulate the on-and-off actions of your high-current load equipment. Its capability to open and close circuits in the blink of an eye keeps the arc suppression of demanding systems in line to reduce damage and extend equipment lifespans. The small unit has dimensions of 97 (L) x 45 (W) x 85mm (H), so fits easily into densely packed setups. Plus, it's low on power use, making it energy efficient.

• Supports remote control via a PLC for convenience and timely actions

• Universal design compatible with standard equipment

• Lightweight device of only 428g puts minimal strain on mounting surfaces

• Broad operating temperature range between -25°C and +60°C for use in challenging conditions

What's the difference between a contactor and a relay?

Contactors handle the higher load capacities found in demanding switching applications. Relays are often rated for 10A or less, while contactors feature much higher current ratings. A relay's contact positions can be NO and NC, while a contactor usually has NO contacts. Contactors also have more safety measures.
