When tight voltage regulation is the name of the game, turn to this DC-DC converter from Traco Power. It accepts input voltages from 9 to 36V DC and transforms them into a controlled 12V DC output that's stable for your sensitive battery-powered kit. Thanks to this unit's tight line regulation of 0.2% maximum and load regulation of ±0.5% maximum, you GET close control over input and output values for pinpoint accuracy.
