The Renesas E2 emulator Lite (E2 Lite) on-chip debugging emulator and flash programmer are designed for RX Series and RL78 Microcontrollers. It is also compatible with the E1 emulator; it can connect to boards that are intended for the E1 emulator although the voltage is 3.3V and not 5 volts.

This cost-effective device has the IDE e2studio and compiler for Debugging/ Flash Programming the RL78 and RX families. The E2 emulator Lite is suitable for hobbyists projects through to professional development.
