Testo Digital Thermometer, +200°C Max, 255g - 0563 2750
This digital thermometer from Testo monitors your cooking oil for quality. Place the metal rod into your cooking oil and the device will read the TPM (total polar material) value percentage, determining how much the oil has aged. The backlit display is easy to interpret as it shows a green colour if the TPM quality is good, orange if it's adequate and red if it's poor. This prevents the production of inferior food products that can be bad for your health.
