When using power tools or working in noisy industrial environments, such as workshops, it can be necessary to protect your ears throughout a whole shift. These earplugs provide comfortable all-day hearing protection and are easy to shape and insert. The tapered design and foam material create a noise-reducing seal in the inner ear and ensure a good fit.

The 3M™ 1100 earplugs have a proven pre-moulded shape that is designed to fit most ear canals and offer substantial ear protection. The soft, hyperallergic polymer foam ensure low pressure in the ear canal and provides maximum comfort. The pre-moulded earplugs simply push into the ear canal for clean and the high attenuation earplugs are ideal for various applications. This package is designed as a refill for workplace earplug dispensers.

The 1100 earplugs have a smooth, dirt repellent finish for greater hygiene, longer life and a comfortable fit. They provide excellent noise protection value of 29 dB. Suitable for all frequencies, but a particular focus on low-level frequencies.

There is no standard size for earplugs and most are one size fits all. However, some manufacturers have small, medium and large.

Soft foam earplugs must be discarded once they are dirty. Disposable foam earplugs may not be washed or cleaned. Depending on the working environment and the employee's ear hygiene, these foam earplugs may need to be replaced at the end of the day or possibly a couple of times a day.
