Testo Volume Flow Hood Replacement Hood for Use with testo 420

This volume flow hood from Testo lets you measure the airflow and velocity in your ventilation units. Thanks to its large external dimensions of 610mm (height) x 1220mm (width), it offers broad coverage for use over large air vents. A built-in flow straightener adjusts turbulent airflow for more accurate measurements. At just 2.9kg, it's lightweight for ease of positioning and adjustment. This hood is compatible with measuring instruments from the Testo 420 series for easy data processing.

To set up this hood, first arrange the aluminium frame and pull the hood over the framework. Stretch the lower part of the hood over the measurement base and tightly attach it at two corners using the snap fasteners. Insert the support rods into the top of the hood and into the funnel at the measurement base by precisely following the markings on the hood. You can then insert your measuring instrument into the built-in instrument holder.
