RS PRO Heel Grounded Antistatic Heel Grounder
This antistatic heel grounder from the RS PRO range provides you with effective protection when you're working in environments where there is a risk of electrostatic discharge. A conductive thread tucks into your socks and draws static electricity away from you and grounds it.
The grounders consist of a 19 mm wide blue tab with carbon-suffused fibres and a black snap-loc system to make fastening and unfastening the product quick and easy. The fully elastic strap maximizes flexibility and comfort. A dual-layer cup is made from a black conductive layer and a white lining. This prevents black carbon marks on your shoes, while ensuring your safety across industrial and commercial environments.
The antistatic heel grounder fully complies with both ESD (electrostatic discharge) S20.20 and EN (European) 61340-5-1 regulations for protecting electrical and electronic components from damaging or harmful ESD.
