These Eye Bolts from our own RS PRO brand are intended for linear pulling loads in the direction of the thread.

Applications

These Eye Bolts are suitable for wide variety of applications such as tensioning wires, securing loads and lifting applications.

Not intended for use where the load is perpendicular to the thread. This is because in these instances the bolt could unscrew and move, or it could be twisted and break.
