The Tractel bloc for series self-retracting fall arrester, has been fitted with the new ESD system. The ESD system ensures an impact of less than 600 daN even if the operator falls when the cable is completely unwound. The ESD system reduces the violence of the impact on the user’s body in the event of a fall. The stainless steel wire rope allows a use in corrosive environments.
