RS PRO Ferrite Ring, 15.64 mm x 6.99 mm x 28.57 mm
Suppress EMI (electromagnetic interference) reliably with this ferrite ring from RS PRO. If you pass your data or power cable through its centre, the sleeve will provide attenuation of at least 8 dB (decibels)on any signal noise that might interfere with the functioning of your electrical systems.
The ring is designed for cables with a diameter of up to 6.35 mm, offering a snug fit for most narrow cable gauges. It's made of nickel-zinc with a ferrite core, which makes it lightweight for improved portability and storage. It's also highly durable and resistant to corrosion or impact, to ensure a long lifespan.
The ring can suppress EMI to a level that conforms to a number of industry electromagnetic standards, including CISPR 22 (French international committee for EMI standards) and FCC (Federal Communications Commission). Use it for medical and telecommunications equipment.
