The Microchip SST26VF032B series is a 32Mbit serial quad I/O(SQI) flash memory. It also supports full command-set compatibility to traditional serial peripheral interface(SPI) protocol. The split-gate cell design and thick-oxide tunnelling injector attain better reliability and manufacturability.
