Cut the power to your system pronto with this fuse switch disconnector from ABB. It immediately cuts the flow of power through its linked circuits, isolating hardware to stop hazardous electrical loads during servicing tasks. It's a fused unit that trips in a flash if it receives dangerous overcurrent, driving down the risk of equipment damage. With a rated operational power of 55kW, it handles high-power loads and there's little chance of failure under abnormal conditions. Tampering is cut out of the equation, as the component's pistol handle can be securely padlocked to clamp down on unauthorised access.
• Handy screw terminals to keep fingers clear of conductors
• IP65-rated handle for full protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in demanding settings
• Handles surge currents up to 80kA for effective resistance to electrical faults
• On/off labels around handle collar, making for quick status checking
