This RS PRO element can be added to your industrial heater to help you dry or cure products more efficiently. Ceramic heaters like this one are often used for softening or moulding plastics, curing paints and varnishes and baking or warming food in commercial settings.

This heating element is made with a curved ceramic shell and uses long-wave infrared for maximum heat transfer. This allows it to work even at extremely high temperatures of up to +700°C. The component is also suitable for harsh operating environments, as its surface is glazed for better resistance against oxidation and corrosion.

This long-lasting heating element has a life of up to 10,000 hours, reducing maintenance downtime to prevent the interruption of long curing processes. For greater precision, connect a temperature control unit to this component.
