This versatile 1 mm² equipment wire from RS PRO is ideal for wiring household appliances, circuit boards, plugs and sockets. You can also feed it through pipes and ducts.
The cable has a single core with 29 copper strands for high electrical conductivity. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath insulates the electric current and protects the wire from mechanical and heat damage, as well as corrosion from oils and chemicals.
The cable jacket is also a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) material, so it doesn't emit smoke or toxic fumes in the event of fire. This makes the cable safe to install in domestic settings and populated workspaces like office buildings.
