OP298B Optek, 890nm IR LED, 5mm (T-1 3/4) Through Hole package

The OP293 and OP298 series, from Optek Technology, are Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. They are in plastic TO-46 hermetic packages with through-hole mounting.
