OSRAM Power TOPLED Series IR LEDs - 850/860nm
The Power TOPLED family, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are surface mount (SMT) Infrared (IR) emitting LEDs. They are available in both flat top and dome lens types. The Power TOPLED family are high power IR LEDs with short switching times. Suitable applications include; IR illumination for cameras (CCTV), IR data transmission and sensor technology.
