The Amphenol NEXUS Technologies threaded telephone plug is designed for ruggedized commercial and military applications. It features 4 conductors with an overall diameter of 0.406 and a length of 1.464. The contact diameter is 0.281 with a contact length of 0.761. The shell material is plastic, and the contact resistance is less than or equal to 0.02 ohms. It provides an insulation resistance of at least 1000 mega ohms and a dielectric withstand voltage of at least 500 V RMS.
