RS PRO IP40 2-Way Key Switch, Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT), 5 A
If you need to restrict access to your equipment, use this RS PRO key switch to keep your workspaces secure. A switch like this one is often used in applications where it's necessary to control two different circuit boards with one switch.
The key switch comes supplied with two keys, so you can either keep a spare or grant access to two people. It features a LED (light-emitting diode) that flashes green when it's in the open position and red when it's in the closed position, making it easier to monitor your systems.
This component has been tested by engineers for safety and efficacy. Thanks to the switch case's Impact Protection (IK) rating of IK03, it can endure impacts of 0.25 kg dropped from a 140 mm height. This makes it a good choice for installation in public areas, as it's protected against bumps or knocks.
