The TLMx1100 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are standard 0603 surface mount (SMT) LEDs. They come in the standard 0603 package which is very compact, offering design flexibility. The TLMx1100 family are high-power LEDs which are designed to be reliable in challenging environments.
