The SML-02 series of LEDs, from ROHM Semiconductor, are 1210 (3025) footprint Chip LEDs. The SML-02 LEDs are bi-colour devices with built in reflectors. These high luminance Chip LEDs have two-colour chips built into each individual package. The SML-02 Chip LEDs have a small package size and are leadless to enable a high mounting density.
