The Vishay red dome lens SMD LED has been designed in a small untinted and clear moulded package with lens for surface mounting as gullwing or reverse gullwing version. The LED is using recent ultra bright AlInGaP/Si chip technology with high luminous flux and large chip size allowing a high DC forward current up to 70 mA. It comes in reverse gullwing package form.
It is compliant to RoHS directive and lead free
